Eligible non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Personalized and Made-to-Order Jewelry
Personalized, engraved, custom-name, custom-birthstone, and other made-to-order pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the order submitted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please contact FarahBlush within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel an order or correct personalization details, contact us as soon as possible. Because personalized jewelry may enter production quickly, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed after production has started.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and reviewed. Refunds are sent to the original payment method; processing time after approval depends on the payment provider.
