FarahBlush Journal · Children’s Names
The safest personalization system is simple: each child keeps their name, birth month, and stone together from your notes all the way to the final order.
“Do not make one list of names and another list of stones. Build one complete line for each child.”
The Family Map
One Child = One Personalization Pair
When a ring combines engraved names and birthstones, order matters. The clearest method is to create a person-by-person map before selecting product options.

If two children share a birth month, repeat the correct stone color. Their separate names and positions keep the meaning distinct. See What If Two Family Members Share the Same Birthstone? for the full shared-month system.
For 2–6 Children
BRS115: Name Beside Each Birthstone
BRS115 supports 2–6 birthstones and names. Its active description specifies individual name engraving beside each birthstone, plus an optional inside engraving.
That close name-to-stone relationship is useful when several children are represented and you want the mapping to stay visually explicit.

For Exactly Four
Four Children Can Be Organized in More Than One Architecture
BRS103
4 Heart Birthstones + Up to 4 Names
A floral-inspired cluster with optional engraved date inside.
BRS061
4 Birthstones + 4 Names
A crossover family design with optional inner-band engraving.
BRS109
Linked Hearts + Names
A flowing open-heart family design where engraved names and birthstones work together.

Name Order
Birth Order Is Easy to Remember—but It Is Not the Only Valid System
Oldest-to-youngest is a practical default because it creates a chronological family record. But a ring can also follow the product’s visual positions or another intentional family order. What matters is consistency.
If the product has a Customization Guide showing Stone 1, Stone 2, and so on, your chosen family order must be translated into that exact field order. Never assume that the left-to-right appearance in a photo is identical to the input order without checking the product guide.
For a deeper comparison of ordering systems, use Birth Order, Meaning, or Color?.
Full Name, Nickname, or Initial?
Use the Exact Text the Product Can Support
The emotional choice may be a full first name, a nickname used inside the family, or an initial. But available engraving space differs by design. Do not assume that a long name or phrase will fit every ring simply because another FarahBlush product supports it.
Use Full Name, Initial, or Nickname? to choose the text format, then return to the selected product’s live personalization field for the actual supported input.
Before Checkout
A Children’s Name Ring Checklist
1. Count the children
Choose a ring whose active personalization supports the needed count.
2. Lock the name spelling
Use the exact version Mom recognizes.
3. Confirm every month
Repeated months stay repeated stones.
4. Choose one family order
Birth order is simple, but another documented order can work too.
5. Transfer in product order
Follow the active Customization Guide field-by-field.
6. Review names and stones together
Never proofread engraving separately from the birthstone mapping.
Every Name Has a Place
Make the Ring Read Like a Family, Not a List of Options
Pair each child’s name with the stone that belongs to them, then choose a design that can hold the full family clearly.
