FarahBlush Journal · Dates & Milestones
A date becomes powerful because the wearer already knows what happened that day. The ring does not need to explain the whole story—it only needs to hold the marker.
“Choose the date that changes the sentence from ‘a pretty ring’ to ‘our day.’”
Dates People Already Remember
Five Kinds of Moments That Can Belong on a Ring
Birthday
A child’s or loved one’s birthday can turn the ring into a family record.
Anniversary
A wedding or relationship anniversary marks a shared chapter.
Wedding Day
Useful when the ring is part of a bridal or anniversary keepsake.
Family Milestone
A move, adoption day, reunion, or another family-defined milestone can be meaningful when that is the date the wearer recognizes.
Memorial Date
Use a date only if the wearer wants that moment recorded in jewelry; memorial personalization is deeply individual.
Private Moment
The best date does not need public significance. It only needs to mean something to the people involved.
Date-Led Design
BRS077: When the Date Is the Main Personalization
BRS077 is specifically described as a personalized engraved date ring. Its minimalist flat-top band is designed around one unforgettable moment, including anniversaries, wedding dates, birthdays, memorials, or family milestones.
That makes it useful when the date itself should be the visible center of the keepsake rather than a supporting inside detail.

Date + Name
When a Moment Needs a Person Attached to It
BRS112
Name Outside · Date or Message Inside
Useful when the person should be visible while the date stays private.
BRS057
Name / Date / Initials + Birthstone
Combines engraved identity or moment with personalized birthstone accents.
BRS013
Name, Word, or Special Date in a Stack
A layered route when the date belongs beside other family details.

Date Format
Write It the Way the Wearer Will Read It
Different countries and families write dates differently. Because number-only dates such as 04/05/2022 can be read in more than one way, use the format requested by the product field and make sure the wearer will recognize it instantly.
Month · Day · Year
Common in the United States. Use only if that is the intended reading.
Day · Month · Year
Common in many other places. Confirm before submitting a numeric-only date.
Written month
If the product supports enough characters, a written month can remove ambiguity—but do not assume every engraving field has the space.

What Not to Do
Do Not Force a Date Into the Wrong Field
If a product provides a name field but no date or message field, do not assume the maker will reinterpret the text. Choose a design whose active personalization explicitly supports the date format you want.
Also avoid trying to fit multiple meaningful dates into a design intended for one focal date unless the product page clearly provides those fields. More information is not automatically more meaningful.
Choose the Date in Four Questions
Which Moment Should the Ring Bring Back?
Who is the date about?
The wearer, a child, a partner, or the family as a whole.
What happened?
Birth, wedding, anniversary, milestone, or another private turning point.
Should the date be visible?
Choose an outer date engraving or a hidden inside engraving accordingly.
Will she recognize it instantly?
A meaningful date should not require a legend to explain it.
A Moment You Can Wear
Choose the Date Before You Choose the Decoration
The strongest engraved date is the one the wearer already carries in memory.
