FarahBlush Journal · From Son to Mom
If personalized jewelry is not something you shop for often, use a simple order: people first, details second, style last.

“You do not need to know jewelry vocabulary. You need to know who the ring is for—and who it should represent.”
The Simple Route
Six Decisions Are Enough to Get Started
Count the people
How many children or loved ones should appear in the ring?
Write the birth months
One month for each person represented.
Decide whether names matter
Stone-only keeps the meaning symbolic; names make the family explicit.
Check Mom’s usual metal
Look at the jewelry she already wears: Gold, Silver, or Rose Gold.
Find her ring size
A ring she already wears on the intended finger is the best reference.
Follow the product order
Enter the personalization exactly as the Customization Guide requests.
If You Want Stones Without Names
BRS108: A Clean 2–6 Stone Family Layout
BRS108 supports 2–6 birthstones arranged in a square-cut, channel-inspired band. Each stone can represent a child, grandchild, or loved one without putting names visibly on the ring.
That makes it a straightforward option when you know the family members and months but want the final piece to stay visually clean.
Its current options provide Silver, Gold, and Rose Gold across 2–6 stone quantities.

If Names and Dates Matter
BRS024: Build the Family in Matching Band Order
BRS024 uses a multi-band family structure where names are entered in band order, matching birthstones follow the same order, and dates can optionally be added in correspondence.
For this kind of design, write one complete line per person before ordering: Name → Date if used → Birthstone. Do not keep the names and stones as separate lists.
If You Want One Name + A Private Message
BRS120: Heart, Name, Birthstone, Inside Engraving
BRS120 combines a heart-shaped birthstone centerpiece with personalized name engraving and an optional inside message. It is better suited to a more focused story than a ring meant to map six separate children.
The important lesson is that “personalized ring for Mom” is not one format. Choose the amount of information the ring needs to carry before choosing the decorative style.

Three Easy Buying Paths
Pick the One That Matches What You Know
You know the months
2–6 Birthstones
A stone-led family ring with no need to make names the main visual feature.
You know names + months
Layered Family Personalization
Names, matching birthstones, and optional dates in corresponding order.
You want one focused story
Name + Heart Birthstone
A more compact keepsake with a private inside-message option.
What Not to Guess
Four Details Worth Confirming Quietly
Ring size
Do not estimate from hand size. Borrow the size from a ring she already wears if possible.
Birth months
Confirm them from family rather than relying on memory if you are unsure.
Name spelling
Especially nicknames, hyphens, and unusual spellings.
Metal preference
Use her existing jewelry as evidence. Our finish guide can help once you know what she normally wears.
If the gift is tied to her son’s football season, jersey number, or team pride, use the Football Mom Ring Guide for a more specific route.
A Gift That Starts With the Family
You Do Not Need to Know Jewelry. You Need the Right People and Details.
Once the family map is correct, choosing a design becomes much simpler.
